My name is Mary, I am 21 years old and am a PN student in the 1014 cohort. I originally started out at UVic in the hopes of becoming an elementary school teacher, but after 2 years, I decided to take prerequisites to apply for a Nursing program. My goal was to become an RN, but the extremely competitive waitlists made it hard to get started right away. It wasn’t until my grandpa told me about Stenberg, that I considered taking the LPN route first. I had my interview for the school in September of 2014, began classes in October 2014, and have been loving it ever since. Outside of school I love to catch up with family and friends. Being from Tsawwassen I spend a lot of my time at the beach, and hanging out with my dog Rosie. Other than that I am just a typical 21 year old girl, who is very excited about a future career in Nursing!
