The kids will make you laugh. They’ll make you cry. You just never know what you’re going to get. They want you to see them. If a child knows you’re in their corner, you’ll get to see who they are on the inside, as opposed to what they’ve been labelled on the outside. It’s a privilege to work with these children. You can and do make a difference in the life of a child. I love my job.
