Stenberg College's combined delivery Pharmacy Technician course is fully accredited by the Canadian Council for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs (CCAPP). This Pharmacy Technician training program prepares students for positions in community or hospital pharmacies through a blend of interactive online learning, hands-on labs, and clinical placements at partner sites.

Accredited by the Canadian Council for the Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs (CCAPP)

Our Pharmacy Technician program has been granted full accreditation by the Canadian Council for Accreditation of Pharmacy Programs (CCAPP) for five years. Only graduates from programs accredited by CCAPP are eligible for the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada certification process, the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia registration process, and the Jurisprudence Examination.

Accreditation and Recognition

Stenberg College is designated by the BC government's Ministry of Advanced Education through the Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU). This program is approved by the PTIRU of the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills. PTIRU is responsible for setting standards of quality and ensuring consumer protection.
